We enforce a strict **30-day return policy**, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your premium automotive components to request a return.
To qualify for a successful return, your items must be in the exact condition you received them:
* **Unused, uninstalled, and unmodified** (items with mechanical installation marks, wiring modifications, or thermal stress cannot be returned).
* Enclosed within the **original premium packaging** with all factory seals, certified technical tags, and documentation intact.
* Accompanied by the original digital invoice or proof of purchase.

### 2. EXCLUSIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
To maintain global engineering and safety compliance, certain types of components cannot be returned:
* **Custom tuning modifications**, custom-machined parts, or tailored electronic configurations.
* Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or specialized lubricants.
* **Final Sale / Clearance Items:** Any items purchased under clearance, promotional discounts, or explicitly marked as non-returnable.

### 3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURN FEES
* **Customer Responsibility:** Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs via tracked global couriers (e.g., DHL Express, FedEx). Shipping costs are entirely non-refundable.
* **Restocking Fee:** To cover technical recalibration, safety inspections, and processing of high-performance parts, a **10% restocking fee** will be applied to all approved returns.
* **Damages & Structural Issues:** Please inspect your order immediately upon courier arrival. If a component is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the incorrect variant, contact our technical support immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a high-priority replacement.

### 4. THE REFUND PROCESS
1. **Inspection Phase:** Once your returned component reaches our distribution hub, our engineering team will inspect the item within **3–5 business days** to ensure compliance with our return criteria.
2. **Approval Notification:** We will notify you via your registered email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the physical inspection.
3. **Gateway Reversal:** If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your **original method of payment** (PayPal, Stripe, or Credit/Debit Card).
> **Please Note:** International banking gateways and credit card companies typically take **5–10 business days** to officially post the refunded amount to your statement. We do not issue cash or alternative manual bank wire overrides under any circumstances.
